Therefore, people around the world choose bell peppers to cook and eat regularly, so do I. I love eating bell peppers, especially stuffed peppers.
Stuffed peppers are a great dish. You can freely stuff any ingredient you want with bell peppers such as rice, meat, seafood, … And, because stuffed peppers have different ingredients inside, it may hard for you to choose what to serve with stuffed peppers.

Moreover, salad is a healthy food that keeps intact all the beneficial nutrients. It contains many vitamins from different kinds of vegetables. For that reason, you should serve stuffed peppers with salad, especially with meat stuffed peppers so that you can eat them as much as you want without being cloyed.
If you have light stuffed peppers, I recommend you to serve it with potatoes. There are thousands of recipes to cook potatoes. You can fry, bake or mash them. For me, I love mashed potatoes and I usually mash them with butter, since they taste rich.
